Arjun And Kareena Breaking Gender Stereotypes In ‘Ki And Ka’

‘Is Kia the man in the relationship?’ Sounds like another chauvinist phrase many of us are tired of hearing? Ki & Ka is a movie starring Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan which challenges many such notions prevalent in our society. Directed by R Balki, the trailer was released which looks promising.

The movie is about career oriented Kia and her house-husband Kabir. It questions the stereotypes that a man managing household is not manly enough, where as a woman being the bread winner becomes the man of the house. The movies releases on April Fool’s day, i.e. April 1st, to enlighten the fools who believe in such baseless notions.
