10 Years Old Raped and is Pregnant! Is this country going Through Hell?

Yet another shocking case in Haryana’s Rohtak! 10 years old raped and is 5 months pregnant. She was being raped repeatedly, allegedly by her stepfather. Where is this country going? Is there no solution to such a horror which is repeatedly proving to be fatal for the country. Cases after cases, Hearings after hearings, and absolutely no results! Do we need to create more awareness? Or Do we need something very serious? But it seems like that no amount of seriousness is working! But where does the actual problem lies? Does it lie in the country’s law? Or in our values and culture? The time is alarming us to wake up before it gets really late!
