A Law student from Noida’s Amity University allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from the ceiling fan at his house in Sarojini Nagar in south Delhi on Wednesday.

Sushant Rohilla, a B.A. L.L.B. student at Amity University ended his life when he was alone at home during day time. Sushant’s father, Jagdish Kumar, is a joint secretary in Rajya Sabha. Both the parents were not present at home when the incidence happened as his mother works as a teacher in Delhi’s government school.

As per the reports, a suicide note was found at his table. The suicide note stated that he was ashamed of not being a good son, a good brother, and a good friend. Sushant was having low attendance in college due to which he was detained for taking the exams, speculations are that this could be the reason for taking his own life.
