The popular dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa is back with its season 9. A total of 12 celebs from different fields will compete for the trophy this year. Earlier the show was judged by actor Shahid Kapoor, filmmaker Karan Johar and choreographer Ganesh Hegde. This year Shahid has been replaced by Jacqueline Fernandez as the new judge and rest two will continue to judge the show.
Here is the list of contestants that will be a part of show this year.
1. Karishma Tanna
Karishma Tanna is a name well know on Indian reality shows after doing shows like Bigg Boss and Nach Baliye.
2. Gaurav Gera
He will appear as ‘Chutki’ on the show which is a popular character played by him.
3. Arjun Bijlani
Arjun has recently wrapped up the show Naagin and now will be a part of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
4. Chef Harpal Singh
Celebrity Chef Harpal Singh will also be a part of show and we will see him shake a leg.
5. Surveen Chawla
Surveen is a popular name in Hindi and Punjabi films. She is famously known for her role in Hate Story 2.
6. Shakti Arora
Shakti Arora became the household name through the daily soap Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi where he played Ranveer.
7. Helly Shah
Swara from the hit daily soap Swaragini will also be a part of the dance reality show.
8. Priyanka and Poonam Shah
Twin sisters Priyanka and Poonam Shah are YouTube sensations who perform Bharatnatyam and Hip-Hop fusion.
