#BadNews : Chandler Won’t Be A Part Of The F.R.I.E.N.D.S Reunion

While the world is going crazy about the FRIENDS cast coming together after 12 long years, there is a bad news. Much to the disappointment of FRIENDS’ fans, Matthew Perry, who played Chandler Bing on the hit show FRIENDS, will not be a part of the much-awaited FRIENDS reunion.

Lisa Kasteler, Matthew Perry’s representative, said in a statement, “Matthew will not be attending as he is in London in rehearsals for his play, The End of Longing, which begins previews on Feb. 2 at the playhouse Theatre. NBC executives were aware of this prior to their TCA announcement yesterday.”
She added, “Matthew may tape something for the tribute. In other words, this is not the reunion people have been hoping for.”

The episode, which will be aired on NBC on February 21, is a special dedication to the career of veteran comedy director James Burrows, who recently directed his 1000th TV episode, out of which fifteen episodes were of FRIENDS.
