Before celebrating your silver jubilee, make sure you are done with these things!
1. Go on a blind date
Adventurous enough? Go for online dating or meet some unknown friend of your cousin. This will help you become a better judge of people.
2. Travel with your sister(s) or girlfriends.
Not that you can’t do this after you turn 25, but there’s something especially liberating, eye-opening, and bond-bolstering about doing it beforehand when you’re young.
3. Hang out with your mom.
Once you get married, you’ll be staying in some other house, away from your mother, getting to see her only once in a while. Cherish this wonderful gift of a mother given to you by God by spending quality time with her.
4. Live alone.
Living alone makes you grateful for the things your spouse contributes once they’re in the picture. It’s incredibly liberating to eat when and what you want, place furniture how you want, and make all your own decisions.
5. Challenge your fears
Face one of your biggest fears. Be it skydiving, public speaking, or dining in public alone.
6. Get to know yourself.
Spend time with yourself and know yourself better. This will strengthen your relationship with your spouse.
7. Experiment
Try new hobbies, new jobs, push yourself to try as many new things as possible. Once you grow up, the level of security one needs in life, may not allow you to take risks and experiment with new stuff.
8. Experiment with your fashion style
Bob haircut, funky clothes, mini-skirts- try everything once before you have a husband in your life to assert his disapproval on your funky ways.
9. Get fit.
It’s obviously healthy to stay fit, but a fitter and slimmer body donning a backless choli on your friend’s wedding is definitely something you wanna flaunt.
10. Be your own master
Enjoy your freedom because someday you will be wrapped in rules and responsibilities. Be a little selfish and do whatever you want. Party late, decorate with your favorite colors, girly stuff, or posters of your favorite rock star or actor.
11. Splurge on yourself
Right now you are not answerable to anyone about your purchases, the only person to please is you. Satisfy your desires even if they seem useless or idiotic.
