After a week full of cheat days and unhealthy eating, we’re sure that you won’t mind a 5 day detoxification to balance it all. Just 5 days guys. Yes! you can do this!
1. Day One
Breakfast, lunch and dinner should comprise of apples and only apples, amounting around 1.5 kilograms.
2. Day Two
Breakfast: Eat only apples in moderate quantities and don’t get impatient it’s only the beginning.
All day apples only.
3. Day Three
Breakfast: An apple, one slice of wholegrain bread and a slice of lean turkey or chicken bacon would be a great start to the day three.
And for the rest of the day, just apples.
4. Day Four
Today also you have one apple and a whole grain bread with some chicken. And rest of the day apples it is.
Be patient and anticipate the results in terms of weight loss.
5. Day Five
An apple, a boiled egg & a slice of whole grain is all the you need to get going. Don’t forget to pack up apples for the rest of the day.
