As the season is changing, many people are getting sick. Cold is the most common infectious disease that is caused in this weather. Everyone knows about the things they should have when they have cold (like ginger tea, chicken soup, warm water), but rarely anybody knows that there are certain foods that should be avoided when one has cold.

Foods that contain histamine or increase histamine levels in the body, foods that promote the production of mucus, and promote acid reflux, should be strictly avoided if you have cold.
