Summer is all about hanging out with friends, going to new places and eating food, lots and lots of food. I’m very fond of eating and trying new recipes and places. So, today I’ve got you some recipes of food you can make in 15 minutes or less and enjoy at home anytime.
1. Crispy Corns
When mom’s not home and you need to fill your stomach, don’t look at maggi instead have this healthy yet tasty dish which will take just 15 minutes. All you need to do is: Deep fry frozen corns until golden brown colour appears. Take a seperate dish and add the corns, chopped onions, chopped tomato, coriander, salt and pepper, lemon juice and chat masala and you’re ready with the Crispy Corns.
2. Masala Egg
There are many egg recipes but this one’s my personal favorite. All you need is two eggs. Grind a paste of one onion, one and a half tomato, some coriander, a pinch of salt and pepper and a green chili. Transfer this paste in a pan, keep it on high flame for 3-4 mins. Now break 2 eggs in the pan on the paste. Put a lid on the pan and keep it on medium flame for 5 mins. Toast 2 slices of bread and you’re ready with your mouth watering Eggs.
3. Pizza in a Bowl
Who doesn’t likes pizza and it’s even more delicious when you can make it at home and just in 10 mins. What you need to do is take a bowl, add 2 spoons flour, a pinch of baking powder, a pinch of salt, 2 spoons oil and 5 spoons milk. Now mix them all. This is your pizza base. Now gently spread some pizza sauce on the base and now add any toppings you like. Add some cheese, olives, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and jalapenos. Put the bowl in the microwave for 5 mins and you’re Pizza in a Bowl is ready.
4. Cake in a Mug
What do you do when you get an urge to eat something sweet? What I do is make a cake in just 10 mins and enjoy myself to the fullest. Just add 2 spoons of flour, 1-2 spoon(s) of cocoa powder, 1/2 spoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, some butter, 1 or 2 spoon(s) of nutella, 2 drops of vanilla essence, 4-5 spoons of milk. Mix all the ingredients in a cup and put it in a microwave for just 5 mins. You’re ready with your Nutella Cake in just 10 mins.
5. Vegetables Mayonnaise Sandwich
This is one sandwich you can get from anywhere but tastes even better when you make it at home, I can bet on this. Just take a bowl, put some chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped capsicum, salt, pepper and a lot of mayonnaise. Mix well. Take two slices of bread, spread the paste on each side and grill your sandwich. You just got yourself one hell of a sandwich in 10 mins.
6. Avocado Salad
You love salad, so do I and I love this one more. Just place yourself a salad bowl, put some chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped cucumber, chopped avocado. Drizzle 2 spoons of olive oil, salt and pepper and some lemon juice. Mix them together and you’re ready with your hunger-bite-5mins-salad.
