According to a new study–that surprised the researchers themselves— it has been found that narcissists do better not only at job interviews but subsequently as employees too. As the study confirmed, these people have mastered self-promoting in ways that are very beneficial to them. They know how to sell themselves because they truly think greatly of themselves and their worth.

This person you see everyday at work might not be great to hang out with, but the director surely like them. They are goal-driven, they cannot accept defeat or anything mediocre and care for the company as dearly as themselves. So what’s not to like about them?
Especially in positions like a CEOs, being a narcissist is rather the norm he study found. Apparently, having a bloated self-esteem has its uses after all. Those who feel important want to do the same to the job they have, so they are constantly struggling to improve and help the company they work for grow.

Well, the study has discovered that people with compulsive perfectionism are also highly desirable as a human resource. Their devotion and constant dedication to pretty much all aspects of their work, make them flawless and promote their company’s image in the best way possible. You see, a perfectionist will keep going when others just let go, they will go the extra mile to please everyone, and not to forget, they will be innovative in order to impress, first themselves and then everyone else!
